EE immersive customer experience in London and Nottingham

EE has unveiled an innovative new store in London’s Tottenham Court Road. The new ‘showcase’ store is one of four, which according to EE, is designed to offer you the most personal and immersive experience on the high street.

The showcase stores include dedicated customer help hubs and ‘experiential zones’. In these zones, you’ll be able to get your hands on the latest tech including Google Home, the Apple Watch and Samsung’s VR headsets at new connected booths.

“Our new Showcase stores are about creating a destination where customers can speak to a real expert face-to-face to solve any problems, charge their device, or just have some fun while immersing themselves in the latest gadgets. There’s no substitute for getting help from an expert in person and we’re mixing technology with the personal touch to make customers feel as supported as possible.” – Ettienne Brandt, EE’s Managing Director of Channels and Trading.

You’ll also be able to check 4GEE coverage where you live or work using the EETV and use the in-store video calling service to speak to specialist customer experts on-the-spot if you have any questions.

As well as Tottenham Court road, EE has opened stores in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford stores. And the network giant has no plans to stop there. EE’s goal is to ensure that 95% of the population has access to an EE store within a 20 minutes’ drive of their home so you can expect to see more showcase stores, pop-up shops and mobile vans in the near future.
