Sony Xperia Z Ultra Review

Sony Xperia Z UltraIntroducing the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, it’s the smartphone that offers the best of both worlds, combining a modernistic design and highly practical features.

Display and Design 
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is the first Android Smartphone with a 6.4″ Full HD Display and the first to incorporate a TRILUMINOS™ Display with X-Reality for mobile in the World. Featuring a superb big screen with 16 million colours and 1920 x 1080 pixels (The Apple iPhone 5 pixel count is 1136 x 640), the Sony Xperia Z Ultra still manages to stay sleek and lightweight, with a 6.5mm body and weighing in at just 212 grams. More so, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra is waterproof, dust resistant and features tough-tempered glass coated with an anti-shatter film, ready to withstand any accidental drops or drips, and daily use.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra offers further convenience, with numerous ‘One-touch’ features for ease of use. Using Near Field Communication (NFC), you can connect your Xperia Z Ultra in a single tap. No wires, cables or fiddling with settings are necessary. Share photos, music and more between two phones,  or between your phone and an NFC-enabled laptop with a single touch onto the other device. You can play the music on your Android smartphone through a wireless speaker or wireless headphones in one touch. You can even see photos from your phone on your TV with one-touch mirroring. Simply touch your Bluetooth smartphone to the remote from your BRAVIA® TV to activate screen mirroring. Finally, one-touch back-up, whether you take pictures on your Xperia smartphone, tablet or camera, you can store them in the same place. The Sony Personal Content Station™ is a wireless hub for photos and videos.

The Xperia Z Ultra is compatible with a pencil or stylus. The super responsive screen lets you to write and sketch with precise accuracy, and take notes using Notebook or Sketchbook. You can even take notes from a locked screen and during calls. The high accuracy and low latency offers exact precision, for a truly authentic pen-and-paper feel. More so, you can transform your handwritten text. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra comes with handwriting recognition. Your handwritten notes get optically scanned and converted into text. As a result, you can easily insert your notes into whatever field you’re editing.
